This platform is for proven, legitimate sellers to connect with real buyers, utilizing the captive audience of Landmark Insiders’ registered network.

The Insider Assets platform is a fully automated system and has changed the way asset pools are delivered to the market. Real buyers and sellers have come together. No more sending spreadsheets and worrying about circumvention or sending masked lists until an NCND is signed.

Once a decision is made to purchase an asset pool, the platform contains virtually everything needed to close a transaction. This means having all documents in one place, accessible 24 hrs a day, such as: auto-populated PSA (Purchase and Sale Agreement), Wire Instructions, Escrow Instructions, Addendums (i.e. deposit and deed information), Management and Servicing Agreement (if applicable), and Mortgage Note spreadsheet.

This platform also provides extensive information on each individual asset including: asset price, comparable sales, asset notes, property valuation models, tax information, drive-by images and maps, satellite photos, neighborhood valuations, average sale prices, market analysis price volume, comparable market conditions, rental valuation (rent amounts of closest 20 properties), sold price and date of seller-financed property, mortgage note amount, down payment, monthly payment, interest rate and term.
